By creating a roomo.rent account you agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate identity information, keep communications inside roomo.rent for safety, and honor bookings, marketplace orders, and membership rules.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for content you post. MRT hosts must complete verification before listing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
Rent, membership, marketplace, and cleaning payments are processed through our payment provider. Escrow and release rules are described in-app at checkout.
No fraud, harassment, off-platform payment solicitation for scams, illegal listings, or misuse of identity documents.
